These terms cover the Fake Order Shield plugin and this website. By ticking "I agree" at checkout you accept them.

1. License

Each license is for one website (domain) for the length of the plan you bought. You can move it between sites from your dashboard. Keys may not be resold or shared.

2. Expiry and renewal

When a plan expires the protection rules pause; your settings and data stay on your site. Renewing adds the new period from your previous end date.

3. Updates and support

Every update and support are included while your plan is active. Updates install from the WordPress Plugins page.

4. Liability

The plugin reduces fake-order risk but can't guarantee that every fake order is caught or every real one passes. You decide which rules run. Blocked attempts are saved in Incomplete Orders so you can review them.

5. Third-party services

Courier entry and status use your own courier account. The Meta Conversions API uses your own Pixel and token. Those services' rules and outages are their providers' responsibility.

6. SMS

SMS packs are tied to your license and usable until the pack's validity ends; unused SMS expire with it. Use SMS only for order-related messages to real customers.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated; significant changes will be announced by email.
